Love Sick (2006)

Love Sick / Legaturi bolnavicioase (2006)

Genre: Drama
Director: Tudor Giurgiu
Starring: Maria Popistasu, Ioana Barbu, Tudor Chirila

Summary:
Love knows no boundaries when a fiery love affair between two Romanian students is put to the test. It's Alex's first year at university and her world's turned upside-down when she meets savvy and sexy Kiki.   Despite her lover's baggage the naïve freshman falls head over heels in love.  But threatening their bliss is Kiki's emotionally explosive brother whose attachment to her seems downright incestuous.

IMDB

Love Sick from Tudor Giurgiu, is the story of an unconventional love triangle.  Representing something of a step forward for Romanian cinematography, this film is beautiful and rich in colors.  However the acting holds it back from being an excellent film, the leads seem to lack the chemistry needed for a convincingly torrid love affair.
