Irréversible (2002)

Irréversible (2002)

Genre: Drama / Thriller
Director: Gaspar Noé
Starring: Monica Bellucci, Vincent Cassel, Albert Dupontel

Told in reverse chronological order, Irréversible is equal parts disturbing and disorienting.  Including perhaps one of the most brutal and sickening scenes I have ever seen.  The impact of this film comes from the realistic portrayal of realistic events.

It's done here for a reason. The central theme of the film is 'Time Destroys All'.

Okay, I think you got me interested in this one. From the look of posts on this blog I can tell you know your film, especially foreign, which is where I ended up years of watching anything worth watching domestically.
