IMDB

A Lake is the third feature film by acclaimed French director Philippe Grandrieux (A New Life).  Once again he demonstrates an unparalleled ability to create an immersive mood and atmosphere with such minimal story, dialogue, and imagery.  A Lake, grips the viewer right from the opening frame and takes you away to a mesmerizing cinematic experience.

Okay, I was completely sold by that description. It sounds so mysterious and moody and fairy-tale-ish *_*

Regardless, I still appreciate your input.

It definitely isn't a film for everyone.
