I kinda forgot about this after...Looks interesting. I kinda forgot about this after Cannes but the Oscar nomination definitely piqued my interest. There was a film submitted to a previous year's Oscars called White Wedding, and I just saw it a couple days ago. I though it was fantastic, and it's a shame it didn't make it to the nominee short-list. It's set up like a light romantic comedy, but there's a lot of depth to it. It's the kind of film that's not afraid to approach topics like racial tensions, while still remaining upbeat and optimistic.
